Do you think God asking to kill people??? (Rizana Nafeek)

Few weeks before one of the most spoken topic in Sri lanka was Rizana Nafeek death. She has been executed to death by Saudi Arabia. I personally disagree with this decision . Here i am not blaming any religion or country. As per my knowledge there cannot be so many God in this world. If there is God & there should be one God. But we see him in different ways & worship him in different names & different ways as per the name of religion.

God is love & Love is God. If we take all the religion the summary is " Do good & do not do Bad. Spread love to every one" But where the love in this case? Where the forgiveness? You cannot justify this by making reasons.

I think if a person doing these kind of things by the name of God then he/she better not to follow God without ruining the name of God.

Men Vs Animal Vs Plant

We think only human have sadness & happiness & all the pain. But then what about the plants & animals.. Only thing is we can speak. so we can express all our feeling. Animals can express their feelings by making sound. But then what about plants???? If they can speak how many happiness & sorrows they might have.....

Sometimes i used to think when a pluck a flower from a tree how that tree or other flowers will feel if they can really feel so. It will be like someone separating a kid from a mother right...

Most of us including me we are eating meat. When a see a whole chicken i feel sad by thinking how much it would have been suffered when killing. but when eating i forget all & enjoy the taste.

If the plants & animals have the power to attach back ( except some animals ) i am sure all of them will together destroy the whole human.

A Change in Life

After a long time i am writing a blog again. Due to some changes in life i did not get a peaceful & relax time to make a blog.

This is my first blog after i came to Dubai. Hope to continue. Now almost 2 months i am in Dubai. But it is like 2 years. I do not have any problem with the country except the climate ( it is good in these days). But still i miss something even though my husband is with me. I am sure that is my family. Because i am very much attach to them & i am like a pet for them. Really missing them.

In Sri Lanka except the clients mostly we used to work only with Sri Lankan. But here it s mix community. Mostly Indians & Filipino. Most of them are good. So far haven't met much bad people. May be in the future i will.

Another one thing also i miss here a lot. That is the food :) . Most of the restaurants food are not much spicy here ( I prefer & used to eat spicy food). So when ever eating there is no satisfaction. Only thing i am enjoying the chocolates here :D

 Any way it is better to carry on the life with the positive thought of "What ever happens, all are for good"

Fashion

FASHION is a term usually used in a synonym for style, beauty, etc. Also something which we deal everyday. Even people who say they don't care what they wear & not interested in fashion, they also choose clothes everyday & up to some extent all deal with fashion.

These days one of the very common word which is mostly used among the people, medias & magazines is fashion. Personally i do not see any wrong in doing fashion (all with a limit & up to an extent). Specially young age is the good time to do fashion. we cannot do the same when we grow older. As humans mostly all like to dress nicely and to be unique. Though fashion is most common among girls its not only for them. Both guys & girls like to do fashion & all like to be look good.

But most of the people with the name of fashion trying to do everything. They do not see whether its suits them or not. Since another one doing they also trying to do the same. if they see something, they also wanna wear or do that. Not thinking whether this suits me or not. Mostly girls are worst in that matter (some trying to be pretty & loosing their natural beauty as well).

Some fashions ( I think those are also fashion) are really unpleasant to see. As i said above nothing wrong in doing fashion or doing what ever we like. Same time it should not make others eyes closed. Nowadays some girls think showing half of their body & dressing is the fashion & posh. Most of the guys they look well such girls & trying to flirt. But when comes to their life partner most of them will look for a decent girl. Any way i am not saying any wrong to guys regarding that.

Are these also fashion????

Do the right person get the right place in the organizations??

Every single working places have promotions. Most of the employees fight for it. Because mostly every one like high position & high salary. 

Promotion time period is one of the conflicting time period in any organization. Every single person has their own talents, qualifications & expectations.

This time management should have the capabilities to select the right person for the right position. Do this really happening in our organizations?? Do the right person get what they deserve?? Do management make decisions without being partial??

Mostly what happens is the other way. Hardly the right person get the right thing. Most of the time management make partial decisions. In our day to day life we can see there are people who always find faults from others & tell that to the management. By doing that they try to become one of the favorable persons. Most of the times the people who are doing so are the once who has many faults inside them. 

But nowadays most of the company managements do not realize it. All believe verbal power than that quality of work. 

My personal concern is, promotion should not always based on the talent or the qualification of the person. The main thing is the team work & how well a person can handle the human resource. But mostly management concern is about the working capabilities. They fail to see how well they can associate with others & how well they can get the work from everyone with the good HR skills. For this the person should be down to earth.

Most of the people become big headed as soon as they get a promotion. May be they are good in work. But they are not a good team player. They do not know to motivate the fellow employees & to maintain  good relationship. A person can think i know everything & i do not need to go to others at any time. But even a chairman of the company may need the help of a normal employee at times. 

Every one should consider this & need to make a friendly working environment where every one can work as one big family. A good team work can achieve many things.
