What is the Best way to celebrate Birthday

Kids to adult most of the people like to celebrate their birthday, but the way of celebration is totally different from person to person. Some like to have a grand party by inviting all the friends, relative, neighbors,etc. Some just go to the religious place & worship their god, for another few it's just another day. And there are few who like to celebrate the birthday at a elders home or a children's home. 

Here i am going to talk about kids birthday celebrations at children's home. If you think whats special about it & why i am only talking about it, yes there is a reason. Few days back one such birthday celebration image was getting circulated in social media with mix comments and opinions. Mostly negative comments and i am not going to post that image here. Just for readers information a kid cutting the birthday cake with his/her parents at a children's home & home kids are surrounded by them and watching it. 

Now you might think why negative comments for that and what's wrong in that. Even i thought the same, why people not appreciating it. Can u guess why people are against it. The point what they say is when parents take a kid to celebrate the birthday to a home the kids who stay there get hurt and feel more abandoned.What's your opinion about that.  

I always liked when parents take their kids to a home & celebrate the birthday. Never thought in this aspect. Though it's a point to think but still i am not against it. because whoever going their for celebration going with a pure heart and with a good purpose. They are not going to hurt them. rather than wasting money on a grand party for the poeple who have everything this is much better. The kids in the home get to experience everything. They might feel sad but at a point they should come over from that feel and should accept the reality.So better without looking the negative in everything let's appreciate the good & good thoughts.

Vegetarian Vs Non vegitarian

Being a vegetarian or non vegetarian is purely based on the individual preference. No one got the right to influence another in this case. If you don't like to eat specific meat you can stay away from it. But it is not good to look another person in a bad way who eat the meat which you do not. And here i am not talking about which is healthy or unhealthy.

As a Sri lankan few months back & even now we get to hear/see most of the people do protest against eating beef. The major point in this is, the people who protest are not vegetarian(majority) they do eat fish, chicken,sea food,etc. But they are against eating beef.  Is it because cow is big in look & chicken or fish is small in body size? 

Are u a vegetarian or non vegetarian? what would be your answer. I have seen many people who answer "yes i am vegetarian, i eat only egg & fish". I don't know what to say for those people. 

All the creatures on this earth rather universe are same. Fish/chicken/cow/goat or whatever the animal,when dying all might feel the same pain. Since fish is small it doesn't mean fish will get less pain when dying. what sort of logic is this.

Christians mostly eat pork, beef, chicken anything. But Muslims mostly do not eat pork. Hindus & Buddhist do not eat beef. It can be their religious view or personal perception or whatever you call i got no objection or questions in that. But since you don't eat particular meat you should not look bad at the other person who eat the stuffs which you do not.. I have seen many people here ins sri lanka doing that. For example a person who don't eat pork or beef see the person who eat pork/beef in a bad way. Even they feel bad to eat any other meal from the house which they cook pork/beef. Is it correct?

Some countries they used to eat rat,cockroaches, snake, etc. Since i am not used to eat those stuffs i cant say those are disgusting or i hate the people who eat those. May be they feel the same for chicken, fish, etc.

As i said earlier it totally based on individual wish or perception. If you don't like stay away. But please do not try to control another person's habit. 

I am a non vegetarian and to be honest sometimes i feel bad for eating non veg. That sometime is not the time when i eat (lol) . When i eat i forget all & i used to eat. other times only feel bad. But i don't think i can ever be a vegetarian because i hardly prefer vegetarian dishes :)

Secret to grow Rose in 7 Days.

If you like flowers such as roses, this amazing thick can help you grow them successfully from a rose stem. With the help of this unique trick, you can have a yard full of roses all summer long.

• a cut down rose
• a potato
• a plastic bottle
• soil
• a flowerpot

How to make:

Start by removing all the leaves from the stem then cut it at an angle of 45 degrees.

With the stem, make a hole in the potato then shove it in. Make sure it’s well fixed and doesn’t move.

Fill 2/3 of the pot with soil then put the potatoes in.

Fill the rest of the pot with soil but make sure it surrounds the rose.

In the end, cut down a plastic bottle and cover the rose with it. You aim at getting a greenhouse effect.

You should see the first signs of your rose growing again in a week. Enjoy your rose-filled summer garden!

Vanilla Sponge Cup Cake Recipe

Most of us not familiar with making very soft butter cake or cupcakes. I thought of sharing a good recipe where you can make really spongy cupcakes or cakes. This recipe i got online & i tried making with some my own alterations. Now this is my favorite vanilla cake recipe.

• 8 eggs
• 4 Teaspoon vanilla essence
• 55g butter
• 80ml full fat or low fat milk
• 150g sugar
• 200g self raising flour.

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Beat the eggs yolks and the sugar until smooth, pale in colour (add some vanilla essence).

3. Place the butter and milk in a small bowl and heat it in the microwave until melted.

4. beat the egg whites until soft peek forms. 

5. Combine the milk & butter mixer with the egg yolk & sugar mixer and slowly add the flour. after flour gets incorporates add the egg white little by little.

6. Place this into a cupcake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Note: This recipe will make around 20-24 normal size cupcakes.

Doing Own Business or Work... Which is better?

If i ask whether do you like to do your business or do you like to work for monthly salary in an organization what do you say? Its totally based on the way how you see both the option. 

If someone ask the same question from me my answer would be the first option which is doing my own business ( But currently i am working for monthly salary). The reason for me to think like that is, whatever the effort you put or whatever the hard work you do for thee business that's for your own. You can get the return as per the hard work which you put on. Also you will feel very happy for the money which you get from your own business because that is because of your own effort. 

When you do a work for monthly salary there is no satisfaction. Sometimes i get a feeling why we are working so hard for someone else. If i put this hard work for my own thing i can perform much better. ( This is my own feeling) 

Everything has there own pros & cons. Doing a work is safe. No risk. End of the month you will receive a fixed salary & you can plan your stuffs accordingly. But starting up a business it not easy. you need enough capital to start according to the business plan. Business always has a risk. Same time high risk high return.
